Jennifer Hayden MSN, RN
Jennifer is the Clinical Research Coordinator for the Section of Sports
Medicine. She is responsible for monitoring patients' progress periodically
after treatment. She also coordinates clinical trials to study new medicines
and treatments for common orthopaedic conditions. Jennifer received a
bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana University, and both a
bachelor's degree and master's degree in nursing from Rush University.
She has worked at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center since
1994.
Michelle Foulke
Michelle is an administrative assistant to Dr. Cole. She accompanies
Dr. Cole on patient days to assist with surgical scheduling and any
other needs that patients or case managers might have during the patient
day. She is also involved with the cartilage research program. Michelle
is also available by phone to answer any questions. Michelle has been
working in the office since January of 2004 and has several years of
health care administrative experience.
Joe Koselleck ATC
Joe is a clinical assistant to Dr. Cole. He is a certified athletic
trainer and has been working in the sports medicine field for the last
ten years. Joe also has extensive experience working as a clinical assistant
with many orthopaedic physicians. Joe is responsible for insurance approval
for most of the cartilage restoration techniques. Some of his other
responsibilities include phone call triage, patient and nurse/case
manager communication, and physical therapy liaison. Joe has been working
in the practice with Dr. Cole for the last two years and he can answer
any questions you might have regarding cartilage restoration and any
other surgical procedures.
Valerie McKenzie
Valerie is an administrative assistant to Dr. Cole. She assists with
surgical reservations and any other needs that patients or case managers
might have during the patient day. Valerie is also available by phone
to answer any questions. Valerie has been working in the office since
April of 2004 and has over 15 years of health care administrative experience.
Kyle Pilz MMS, PA-C
Kyle is a physician assistant to Dr. Cole. He assists Dr. Cole in surgeries
as well as in clinic. Kyle has been working in the practice since June
of 2004. He received a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from
The University of Michigan in 2000 and also has a master's degree as
a physician assistant from Midwestern University.
