Postoperative Instructions and Exercises

The following postoperative instructions are procedure-specific and should answer the majority of the questions that you might have in the early postoperative period. Some instructions, however, may not be entirely relevant to your procedure. Please contact Dr. Cole's staff should any specific questions arise during your postoperative recovery.

Exercises

The following exercises are to be implemented in your early postoperative period. Dr. Cole or his staff may specify exactly which exercises are appropriate for you to perform.
